Rockabilly in Salt Lake City

Rockabilly is not a term many are used to hearing anymore as it connotes a type of rock music that dates back to the early 1950s. It combines rock music with country for a sound that is unique to the central and southern regions of the United States. Salt Lake City rockabilly history proves that there have been many musicians, singers, and artists that have worked to further the genre, including Elvis Presley, Neil Young, and Hank Williams, Jr.
