About GET LUCKY 2016

Dubstep duo consisting of Christian Srigley & Leighton James.
The duo formed while attending high school in Montreal as a hardcore pop-punk band, but later decided to move onto the more electronic sound of dubstep after simply getting bored with the pop-punk sound.
The first song to put the duo on the map was their remix of the song “Daisy” from the studio album Daisy (2009) by the American alternative-rock band Brand New, which was put on The Hype Machine, an MP3 blog aggregator website.

Hailing from The Netherlands, Paul Baümer & Maarten Hoogstraten have fused their musical talent into the massive electronic dance duo Bingo Players. The two dutch DJs have created an international reputation through epic releases and massive touring. Early on, they lit up the #1 spot on the Beatport Charts with a horde of huge tracks including "Devotion," "Touch," "Me (vs. Chocolate Puma)," "Chop," and "Disco Electrique."

The next phase? They set up a label.

In 2010, Bingo Players set up their very own record label, Hysteria. The label was home to their next massive release "Cry (Just A Little)." The track dominated European charts for 22 weeks and racked up over 10 million views on YouTube. Towards the end of 2011, Bingo Players released "Rattle," which owned up to its name, shaking up the Austria Singles Top 75 and Germany Singles Top 100 for nine weeks. "Rattle" has since become one of the biggest club tunes of 2012. This has been a massive year for Hysteria and Bingo Players. Not only did the label release Bingo Players music, but it also showcased talent such as Carl Trick's "Mad Dash," Ralvero's "Rage" and Gregori Klosman's "Minibar."

Along with their recording success, Bingo Players have toured extensively with over 30 worldwide music festivals under their belts including Tomorrowland and Stereosonic. The've also performed key US festivals including Ultra and a primetime slot at Electric Daisy Carnival: Vegas.

Be warned, be prepared, the Bingo Players are coming to RATTLE a venue near you.

The perfect union of musical minds, one karmic meeting in a recording studio resulted in Cosmic Gate's Big Bang moment. It set brothers-in-sound Nic Chagall and Bossi on a rapidly expanding path – one that's seen them evolve into Germany's most consistently successful electronic music duo. It's catapulted their Cosmological productions to the highest reaches of the official sales charts and seen them remix the compositions of revered Hollywood composers such as 'Avatar's James Horner. Through their atomic on-stage synergism, Nic & Bossi have created countless unforgettable dance floor nights. They've sold out arenas & festival halls, conquered EDM capitals, hosted their own stages at major festivals and 10 years into their career became the highest climbers on DJ Mag's Top 100 chart. Driven by their hugely received albums, club-busting singles (incl. 'Not Enough Time', 'Body of Conflict' and 'Over The Rainbow') and scene-defining classics 'Be Your Sound', 'Fire Wire' and 'Exploration of Space', their place in EDM's hall of fame has long been secured

Astronaut - producer duo from Bristol UK, whose talent for creating incredibly addictive melodies alongside savage basslines, has seen them recognized as one of the most exciting emerging talents in the electronic music world. They announced themselves in style with the release of 'Apollo', which gained massive support and has since amassed over a million plays on Youtube, Spotify and Soundcloud. To date, they have remixed for some of the biggest names around, including Zomboy, TC, Pegboard Nerds and have recently collaborated with the likes of Far Too Loud, Barely Alive and Dodge & Fuski.

With 5 consecutive Beatport number 1s, millions of Soundcloud & YouTube plays in the last 12 months off the back of their lively social media interaction, and collaborations and remixes for Zomboy, Datsik, Excision, Destroid, Astronaut, Dodge & Fuski, Getter and more under their belt, few can deny that Barely Alive are one of the most exciting and fastest growing bass music acts to emerge over the last year.

The duo from Massachusetts USA initially made a name for themselves when they released their debut 'Lost In The Internet' EP through Disciple Recordings in late February 2014 to global acclaim, hitting the number one spot across 4 different genre charts on Beatport in just 24 hours. This made Barely Alive an over night success and to this date have been labelled as the second highest selling dubstep artist of 2014 on Beatport (One place behind Skrillex!) by Beatport themselves.

The touring soon followed across the United States and Europe with Barely Alive taking part in the first Disciple Alliance US tour and most recently embarking on the 2015 Datsik Ninja Nation tour along side Trolley Snatcha and Kennedy Jones. The guys have also gaining regular DJ support from acts such as Datsik, Excision, Pegboard Nerds, Far Too Loud and Zomboy, as well as making regular appearances on huge online music platforms such as UKF, EDM.com, This Song Is Sick and most recently, a guest mix for the infamous BBC Radio 1.

There's no doubt that DNF (Dodge and Fuski) (Bristol, UK) are on a roll right now. With 3 consecutive Beatport number 1's in a row, support from the biggest acts in the scene as well as YouTube behemoth UKF, and a sound that's really starting to come in their own, they're well on their way to becoming a major headline act with their trademark 4-deck live shows.

Their new label Disciple Recordings has also been rapidly growing since its inception earlier this year. A joint venture with Never Say Die Records, 3 of its first 8 releases saw number 1 spots on Beatport, and with artists such as Pegboard Nerds, Far Too Loud and Xilent involved, it's showing no sign of slowing down.

San Holo is the future beats to trap connoisseur that might be dubbed the fastest growing current electronic talent.

Making his debut in late 2014 with the COSMOS EP on Heroic, he garnered the attention of all the major tastemakers. This resulted in a friendship with the Parisian Point Point crew, who released his Hiding (ft. The Nicholas) single on their Filet Mignon compilation.

The world took notice, with San Holo growing to over 180.000 SoundCloud followers within the span of a year. His single 'We Rise' peaked came out on NestHQ (OWSLA) garnering Skrillex and Diplo's support and amassing millions of plays on SoundCloud and Spotify.

Early 2015, the Victory EP came out on the Canadian label Monstercat, renowned for having one of the most engaged and digitally oriented audiences. The release was paired with an intense visual campaign produced by San's own creative company and label bitbird.

Together with an official remix for Tchami's hit 'After Life', an Initiation Mix on BBC Radio One with Annie Nightengale and performing at the Belgium mega-festival Tomorrowland, the transition from the SoundCloud realm into real industry significance was made. Meanwhile, the 'Dr. Dre - The Next Episode' remix crossed the 40 million plays on YouTube and the 'Don't Touch The Classics' remix series is going strong.

San not being one to stay within boxes, his new single IMISSU is forthcoming on Spinnin Records, in a self-proclaimed effort to both push boundaries and bring the 'future' sound to the masses. His diversity is broad and the accompanying music video that takes place 'within the screen of the producer' is testament to that.

All this, together with a CSI synch, a forthcoming official remix for Porter Robinson, the quickly growing self-operated label bitbird, and tours in North America, Europe and Australia make San Holo perhaps the biggest 'one to watch' in 2015's electronic music scene

As rises to prominence go, Xilent's has been meteoric in the extreme. At just under two years since his debut Dubstep release 'Choose Me II' marked the arrival of a serious new talent, Xilent has quickly become one of the most talked about names in bass culture. With such a short period between being a relative unknown to being one of the world's most talked about electronic producers, it's easy to forget that it was only back in 2011 when 'Choose Me II' was picked up by Zane Lowe on BBC Radio 1 making Xilent his 'Next Hype' artist with the track going on to top the Beatport Dubstep chart (remaining in the top five for over three months) and being made a finalist in the Beatport Music Award's "Top Dubstep Track of the Year 2011" alongside Skrillex, Feed Me, Porter Robinson and Nero. 'Choose Me II' has now had over 3 million plays on YouTube and will forever be remembered as the track that brought Xilent to the world's attention and the start of his world spanning bass odyssey.

With such a landmark release, a follow up was always going to difficult, however with his 2012 releases 'Touch Sound EP' and 'Ultrafunk EP'creating waves of new fans across dance floors, online and radio alike, Xilent not only matched, but surpassed the success of 'Choose Me II' with Zane Lowe making 'Beyond' his 'Hottest Record In The World' and 'Do It' receiving Xilent's first Radio 1 daytime spins from Fearne Cotton. With the success of his multi-genre spanning releases, Xilent has also become a much in demand remixer with everyone from Katy Perry (who personally signed off on his mix), Ellie Goulding and Ed Sheeran to Sub Focus, Hadouken! and Excision queuing up to get his take on their latest releases. His original tracks and remixes also continue to be featured heavily in the sets of the worlds biggest DJ's with artists such as Skrillex, Knife Party and Flux Pavilion all being long term supporters.

2013 is set to be even more exciting for Xilent. With DJ bookings now taking him around the world and rumours of a late 2013 album in offing, it is no wonder many are tipping him for true greatness in the coming months. To kick off the year, Xilent once again threw in another curveball with the release of the much sought after 'Boss Wave', once again expanding on his signature sounds with a raft of new influences, which once again shows an artist and talent at the top of his game.

Able to produce on his laptop, Xilent has been able to maintain a truly global DJ schedule alongside his remix and production work, with his multi genre sets and boundless enthusiasm in hyping any crowd taking him everywhere from the launch of UKF Presents in NYC, Metro City in Perth, Australia and Womb in Japan to Dubstep Planet @ Arena in Moscow.

With his tracks having had over fourteen million plays (and counting) on YouTube, and support from key tastemakers such as Annie Mac, Friction, Mistajam, Eddy Temple Morris, Crissy Criss, Andi Durrant and UKF (who have posted six of Xilent's tracks in little over two years) the future could not possibly be brighter for Xilent who is part of a new wave of bass culture producers taking the sounds to new levels and pushing genres out of their cliched ruts and into new bursts of creativity and vision. Roll on 2013 and beyond. The future's bright, the future's Xilent.
